Added two properties account on https://datamarket.azure.com/dataset/bing/microsofttranslator to define in .elas\ElasConfiguration.props.
$(ElasMicrosoftTranslationClientId) it is Client ID
$(ElasMicrosoftTranslationClientSecret) it is Password.
