I have a new update of DataTier.Net coming later today, and I needed to update this first.

This allows DataTier.Net to create projects for .Net Framework and .Net 5. .Net Core is no longer supported because I do not use it.

If someone needs .Net Core, let me know, else I am trying to focus on .Net 5 and Blazor going forward.

I still have some existing projects and clients projects that are .Net Framework so I can't move to .Net 5 entirely, yet. That day may come.
