### Fixed
- Formatter glob patterns without a directory prefix (e.g. "Foo*.cs") are matched against the current directory correctly instead of being mis-sliced by its length, which previously caused no-match or wrong-file results
- Generated dependabot npm section now emits a valid directory value (e.g. "/") for a root-level package.json instead of an empty string, and normalizes directory separators to forward slashes, so GitHub no longer rejects the generated dependabot.yml
- Tracking hash generator no longer includes generated obj/bin/.git files, so no-change detection works reliably
- GitRepositoryFactory now deletes and re-clones when the working directory exists but is not a valid git repository (Repository.Discover returned null) instead of throwing ArgumentNullException, so a broken working directory no longer blocks the repository permanently; if the re-clone does not produce a repository, a descriptive GitException is thrown (#219)
