CloudLogger pushes the custom logs from application to the specified Azure Table.
Microsoft Azure Storage Explorer can be used to check the logs.

1. Removed  auto generation of file name and line number as it was working only when pdb files were available
2. Added Module name in logging functions. It will enable effecting log filtering if needed
