v4.0.0 — Money values are now decimal instead of float/double, and responses can optionally tolerate a malformed row instead of failing the whole page. BREAKING: every rate/amount/fee property that was float? or double? is now decimal? — TransferData.Rate, DeployData.Rate, DelegatorRewardData.Rate, ValidatorRewardData.Rate, ValidatorData.Fee, RateData.Amount, FTRateData.Amount, FTDexRateData.Amount, FTDailyRateData.Amount, FTDailyDexRateData.Amount + .FtDailyRate, SwapData.Token0FtRate + .Token1FtRate, and SupplyData's four issuance figures. Binary floating point cannot represent decimal fractions exactly, so these values arrived subtly wrong and the error compounded when multiplied by a token amount — a single-precision rate carries only ~7 significant digits, enough to shift a large transfer's fiat value by a fraction of a cent, systematically. The repository's own SupplyData test fixture pins issuance figures to 19 significant digits, which double could never have round-tripped. Callers doing arithmetic on these properties will need decimal literals (0.05m) and casts; callers only reading or comparing them are unaffected. Non-money floating point is deliberately untouched: latitude/longitude, validator performance scores, and socket reconnect tuning stay double. NEW: CasperCloudClientConfig.TolerateMalformedRows (default false) makes the client deserialize each row of a data array individually, so one unusable row is dropped and counted in the new PaginatedResponse.SkippedItemCount / ListResponse.SkippedItemCount rather than throwing away the whole page. Errors in the envelope itself still throw, because a broken envelope means the response cannot be trusted at all. Intended for pollers that must keep making progress: check SkippedItemCount and treat any non-zero value as an incomplete page — do not advance a high-water mark past it. Default behaviour is unchanged when the flag is left off.
