Usage
FakeMarkdownDisplayer implements IMarkdownDisplayer and records all calls for assertion:

var fake = new FakeMarkdownDisplayer();
// Pass the fake wherever IMarkdownDisplayer is expected

Both overloads (URI-based and text-based) are recorded:
