功能

  • 实现统一外呼接口（创建/启动/暂停/恢复/停止/查询活动 + 话单查询）
  • 阿里云 V1.0 RPC 签名鉴权（ACS3-Legacy，HMAC-SHA1）
  • 境内外主叫分离 + 白名单过滤
