Benevia.Core.Automation

Introduction

This package lets a company admin run background work when business records change, with no custom code. A trigger watches one entity type for one kind of change, and its subscribers run in the background. Each run is logged as a subscriber run.

Modules

  • Model - the Trigger, TriggerSubscription, Subscriber and SubscriberRun entities. They implement IAutomationEntity, so a trigger can never watch them and fire itself.
  • Triggers - change detection. TriggerSaveObserver and CommandExecutedListener read committed saves and finished commands. TriggerDetector matches them against the tenant's cached triggers, and queues one firing per active subscriber.
  • Subscribers - the background TriggerWorker, the SubscriberRunner that records each run, the subscriber contract ITriggerSubscriber, and the built-in ApplicationLogTriggerSubscriber.
  • DependencyInjection - the AddCoreAutomation() registration for API hosts.
