A rich text editing control for Avalonia UI applications. Provides a FlowDocumentScrollViewer for read-only display and a RichTextEditor control with full editing, selection, keyboard/mouse handling, undo/redo, and extensible highlighting.

## 12.4.0

Adds to 12.3.1 and removes nothing. The line break, text change and undo changes in the `Avalonia.Controls.Documents` 12.4.0 notes apply to the editor as well.

### Behavioural changes
- Enter inside a code block (any block kind flagged `Preformatted`, such as a markdown fenced code block) inserts a line into the block. It split the block like a paragraph, and every line after the caret left the fence and was saved as ordinary text.
- Shift+Enter inside a code block inserts the same line feed as Enter. It inserted `Environment.NewLine` as text, so on Windows a code block mixed CR LF into its LF lines.
- A collapsed Backspace or Delete removes the whole grapheme next to the caret, as the caret steps over it. It removed one UTF-16 code unit, which left half of an emoji's surrogate pair behind.

### Fixes
- A collapsed Backspace or Delete at a block edge that cannot merge or unwrap stops there. It deleted the last character of the block before or the first of the block after: Backspace at the start of a section's first paragraph ate the end of the section above.
- Undoing a collapsed Backspace or Delete at the start of a block that follows an empty paragraph puts the character back where it was. It went into the empty paragraph, or into a bold span before the caret.
- Markdown headings, code blocks, task items and alerts edit like the blocks they extend: Backspace and Delete merge a heading or code block with a neighbouring paragraph, and Backspace at the start of a task item leaves the list.
