This package contains the utility and appropriate targets and instructions for *.licenses file generation. AtalasoftLicenseComplier.exe utility generates the necessary *.licenses file and then this file is embedded to the final exe file as it is done using LC.exe. New mechanism is supposed to be performed during the compilation in case if licenses.licx file exists. This approach is used for .NET 10 and higher versions.
