AsyncGuard

AsyncGuard keeps every fire-and-forget Task in your .NET services safe: logging, retry/backoff, timeout, policy overrides, persistent queue, scheduler, decorators, telemetry, Roslyn analyzer, pipeline hooks and plugins—all with a single .FireAndForget() call.
