2.3.0: APPCFG_USERSECRETS_ROOT environment variable overrides the user secrets folder (e.g. IIS app pools without a user profile); user secrets are skipped instead of throwing when no location is available. 2.2.0: UserSecretsMigrator (App.config/Web.config/appsettings.json -> secrets.json), MigrationOptions incl. DryRun, MyAppCfg.ResetConfiguration(), UserSecretsStore.GetSecretsFilePath(). Fixes: Configure() no longer hides a malformed secrets.json; secrets.json arrays flatten to Key:0/Key:1 and null values use DefaultValue; SqlConnectionStringBuilder prefers connectionStrings in the Configure() chain; thread-safe store registry.
