Software License Agreement (Free Use, No Warranty)

1. Grant of License
   Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Licensor hereby grants you
   ("Licensee") a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use
   the Software, free of charge, for any lawful purpose.

2. Restrictions
   2.1. You may not sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise distribute
   the Software, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission
   of the Licensor.
   2.2. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the
   Software, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted
   by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
   2.3. You shall not remove or alter any copyright notices, trademarks,
   or other proprietary rights notices from the Software.

3. Intellectual Property
   The Software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights in
   and to the Software are and shall remain the exclusive property of the
   Licensor. No rights are granted to you other than those expressly stated
   in this Agreement.

4. No Warranty
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF
   ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE
   WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND
   NON-INFRINGEMENT.

5. Limitation of Liability
   IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR
   OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE,
   ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR
   OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF
   SUCH DAMAGES.

6. Termination
   This license is effective until terminated. The Licensor may terminate
   this license at any time if you fail to comply with any term of this
   Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and
   destroy all copies in your possession or control.

7. Governing Law
   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
   the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law
   principles.

By using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement,
understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms.
