1. Commercial licence

Paxter is proprietary software owned by Booolean. You may install and use it
only under a valid written licence or subscription agreement issued by
Booolean. No right to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, sublicense,
transfer, or otherwise use Paxter is granted except as expressly stated in that
agreement.

2. Intended use and user responsibility

Paxter is a promotional and productivity tool intended for browser automation
in controlled, non-production test environments. It is not designed, tested,
or approved for production systems, live customer environments, financial
transactions, healthcare, safety-critical systems, critical infrastructure, or
any use where an error, delay, unintended browser action, disclosure, loss, or
corruption of data could cause harm.

You are solely responsible for every workflow, URL, selector, account,
credential, file, environment, browser action, and result produced through
Paxter. Before use, you must confirm that you have authority to test the target
system, that safeguards and backups are in place, and that the workflow cannot
cause unintended side effects. You must not use Paxter against production or
third-party systems unless you have explicit written authorisation and have
accepted all resulting risk.

3. No warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PAXTER IS PROVIDED "AS IS"
AND "AS AVAILABLE". BOOOLEAN MAKES NO WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY,
ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THAT PAXTER WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR PREVENT
UNINTENDED ACTIONS OR DAMAGE.

4. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BOOOLEAN, ITS AFFILIATES,
LICENSORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
ANY CLAIM, LOSS, DAMAGE, COST, OR EXPENSE ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO PAXTER OR
ITS USE, MISUSE, INABILITY TO USE, OR RESULTS. THIS INCLUDES LOSS OR CORRUPTION
OF DATA, UNAUTHORISED ACCESS, SECURITY INCIDENTS, SYSTEM OR SERVICE OUTAGES,
BROWSER ACTIONS, LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF
GOODWILL, REGULATORY OR LEGAL CONSEQUENCES, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT
SUCH DAMAGE WAS POSSIBLE.

IF APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW ALL OR PART OF THIS EXCLUSION, BOOOLEAN'S TOTAL
AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM AMOUNT THAT
LAW REQUIRES TO BE PAYABLE.

Nothing in this licence excludes, restricts, or modifies any right, guarantee,
warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or
modified.

5. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Booolean and its affiliates,
licensors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claim,
liability, damage, penalty, loss, or expense arising from your workflows, use
or misuse of Paxter, violation of this licence, or violation of another party's
rights.

6. Compliance and security

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations,
contracts, security policies, privacy obligations, and terms of service. Do
not store credentials, tokens, personal data, or production data in workflows,
reports, screenshots, recordings, or source control.

7. Priority of agreement

This notice identifies the licensing and risk terms supplied with the package.
If you have a separate written agreement with Booolean, that agreement governs
to the extent of any inconsistency.
