评审确认 7.0.0 为重大版本：移除 IdentityServer4 项目、NuGet 包与公开集成入口；AuthServer 须显式配置外置认证证书。6.3.5 基线仅有 Core 包可核验，首次全集发布必须以正式清单和公开源逐包 Available 与内容校验收尾；历史未标明版本语义的提交纳入本次主版本，不推断旧 API 兼容。
