Added additional missing delegates: SelectionAction, Prompt, TrackingProtection, Permission and Navigation. As multi-arch official are not yet official, this build is based on a nightly-try build, version 67.0.20190228011332. As this library is multi-arch, it is quite big by default, consider using Android App Bundle or generated one APK per ABI
