This package and its contents (source code, compiled artifacts, documentation,
configuration templates, and bundled third-party components) are proprietary
and confidential. They are distributed under the terms of the WUIC commercial
license agreement included with your purchase or trial.

All rights not expressly granted under that agreement are reserved by the
licensor.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse
engineering, or extraction of individual components for standalone reuse is
prohibited and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property and
trade secret rights.

  Third-party components
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WUIC embeds third-party libraries, each distributed under its own license.
The full notice and redistribution conditions for every such component are
provided in the corresponding LICENSE-<component>.txt file inside this package
(and, where present, in the `dbms/scripts/first-run/` subfolder for data
seeding components).

In particular:

  * LICENSE-Syncfusion.txt  — Syncfusion Essential Studio components
                              (Community License, embedded via WUIC)
  * LICENSE-Python.txt       — Python runtime used by the optional RAG service
  * LICENSE-WideWorldImporters.txt — Microsoft WideWorldImporters sample data
                                     used by tutorial SQL scripts

Some of those third-party notices impose additional conditions on what you
may and may not do — in particular, the Syncfusion notice clarifies when a
client of a WUIC licensee needs to obtain a separate Syncfusion license for
their own source code. Please read those files before redistributing or
extracting any component.
