1. License Grant

This Commercial Capability License (the “License”) grants the Licensee the right to use certain advanced and production‑grade capabilities of WJb (the “Licensed Capabilities”), subject to the terms of this License.

WJb is a single product.  
There are no separate editions.  
A valid commercial license is required only for the use of the Licensed Capabilities.  

The core WJb functionality may be used under its applicable open‑source license terms, which are separate from this License.


2. Scope of Use

Under this License, the Licensee may:

- Use the Licensed Capabilities in compiled applications.
- Deploy applications incorporating the Licensed Capabilities in internal, commercial, or production environments.
- Distribute compiled applications that incorporate the Licensed Capabilities to end users.

This License applies according to the license type purchased (e.g., Solo, Team).


3. License Model (Perpetual + Maintenance)

Each License is perpetual for all versions of WJb released during the active maintenance period.

Each license includes one (1) year of maintenance from the date of issuance.

Versions of WJb released after the maintenance period require an active maintenance entitlement in order to use the Licensed Capabilities.

Versions released during a valid maintenance period remain usable indefinitely.

This License imposes no runtime subscriptions, online checks, telemetry, or call‑home requirements.

You retain the right to use the versions you licensed.  
Maintenance is required only to access newer releases.


4. Restrictions

Unless explicitly permitted in writing by the Licensor, the Licensee must not:

- Access, modify, copy, or distribute the source code of the Licensed Capabilities.
- Redistribute the Licensed Capabilities as a standalone product, framework, or library.
- Sublicense, rent, lease, or resell the Licensed Capabilities.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Licensed Capabilities, except where explicitly permitted by applicable law.
- Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or license notices.


5. Ownership

WJb and its Licensed Capabilities are licensed, not sold.

All right, title, and interest in and to the Licensed Capabilities remain the exclusive property of the Licensor.


6. Termination

This License remains effective unless terminated.

The License terminates automatically upon material breach of its terms.

Upon termination, the Licensee must cease use of the Licensed Capabilities covered by this License.

Termination does not affect the Licensee’s right to continue using versions of WJb that were released during a valid maintenance period, provided no other breach exists.


7. No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE AND LICENSED CAPABILITIES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”,
WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.


8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY,
WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM,
OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OF THE LICENSED CAPABILITIES.


9. Governing Law

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine,
without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
