VirtuMath.NET

VirtuMath.NET is a .NET 6 library designed to make parsing math and math-like expressions simple. The base VirtuMath.NET library has a variety of math parsing options or it can be extended to be used to parse other expressions.

Added implementation of the IComparable, IComparable<Number>, IConvertible, IEquatable<Number> interfaces, operator overloads, and conversions to various number data types to Number. Also fixed the Tags format for Number.ToString.
