Vintasoft.Imaging.Dicom.Mpr.dll is the main assembly of VintaSoft DICOM .NET Plug-in and it contains a platform-independent web service that allows to work with DICOM images.

VintaSoft DICOM .NET Plug-in is the add-on for VintaSoft Imaging .NET SDK, which allows to decode DICOM images in .NET.
