PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THIS SOFTWARE.
By installing or using this software you agree to be bound by the terms below.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE — FREE PERSONAL USE
   You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license
   to use this software solely for personal, non-commercial use.
   "Personal non-commercial" means: use by a private individual, for their own
   non-revenue-generating purposes, with no organizational affiliation.

2. COMMERCIAL LICENSE REQUIRED
   Any use NOT described in Section 1 requires a separate written commercial license
   obtained from the copyright holder. This includes — without limitation — use by:
   - Companies, studios, or any for-profit entities
   - Educational institutions (universities, schools, academies)
   - Research institutions and laboratories
   - Non-profit organizations, NGOs, charities, or foundations
   - Government agencies or public sector bodies
   - Freelancers or consultants delivering work to clients
   - Individual developers earning revenue from the project

3. RESTRICTIONS
   You may NOT:
   a) Redistribute, sell, sublicense, or transfer this software or any portion of it
      as a standalone product or as part of another software package or library.
   b) Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code.
   c) Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or license notices.
   d) Use NVIDIA SDK components (DLSS, NRD, Streamline, RTXPT) bundled in this
      package in violation of NVIDIA's separate SDK license terms.

4. NVIDIA SDK NOTICE
   This package includes NVIDIA SDK binaries (Streamline, NRD, RTXPT, DLSS).
   Use of those binaries is additionally subject to NVIDIA's Software License
   Agreement for the respective SDKs.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
   THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
   IMPLIED. THE AUTHOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE
   OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SOFTWARE.

6. TERMINATION
   This license terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms.
   Upon termination you must cease all use and delete all copies.
