This software is available under a dual license:

1. Free use — who qualifies

Free for: hobbyists, students, educators, academic research, and open-source projects (non-commercial use as defined by the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0, https://polyformproject.org/licenses/noncommercial/1.0.0, incorporated here by reference).

2. Commercial use — paid license required

Commercial means: any use by or on behalf of a business, paid client work, internal business tooling, or products/services offered commercially. Contact: digital.wannabe at gmail.com

Third-party components

This software builds on third-party components which retain their own licenses — see THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md. In particular:

• The vvvv gamma runtime and VL.* libraries are products of the vvvv group and require their own license for commercial use (https://vvvv.org). This software does not include or replace them.
• Knowledge files derived from "vvvv-skills" by Tebjan Halm are licensed CC BY-SA 4.0 (see THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md).
• "The Gray Book" documentation (vvvv group) is summarized with attribution.
