Time unit conversion implementation for the TrickyMottram Unit Conversion libraries.

This package provides an implementation of IUnitConverter and IUnitRegistry for converting between a wide range of time units including nanoseconds, seconds, days, and years. It is part of the TrickyMottram.UnitConversion ecosystem.
