当前目标框架边界

Sparkdo.Permissions 保持 net10.0，但 Sparkdo.Permissions.Abstractions 目标为 netstandard2.0。共享契约程序集应仅引用抽象包，以声明 RequirePermissionsAttribute、共享权限定义或实现 IPermissionGrantProvider；需要目录、Invocation 元数据解析和默认授权桥接时，再在应用入口引用运行时包。

稳定原因代码

PermissionAuthorizationReasonCodes 提供 AuthorizationDecision.ReasonCodes 中权限领域值的稳定常量。审计、遥测和协议映射应引用这些常量，不应复制字符串字面量。
