IMPORTANT:THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT. By installing,copying,accessing,or using the Software,you agree to be bound by this License.

1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 "Software" means the SlidingRank library,including any source code,binaries,documentation,examples,updates,patches,
and any related materials provided by the Licensor.
1.2 "Licensor" means Arkhipov Vladimir.
1.3 "Official Products" means software products distributed by the Licensor that embed or bundle SlidingRank,
including (without limitation):VectorRAG.Net,GameAI.Net,QuantCore.Net,and any successor products explicitly listed by the Licensor.
1.4 "Embedded Use" means use of the Software solely as an unmodified internal component of an Official Product.
1.5 "Standalone Use" means any use of the Software other than Embedded Use,including but not limited to:
(a) using the Software directly in your own application or service;
(b) building or distributing any library,SDK,framework,package,plugin,or product that uses the Software;
(c) exposing the Software or functionality based on it via an API (including SaaS/hosted services);
(d) distributing the Software (in source or binary form) outside of Official Products.
1.6 "Commercial Use" means any use associated with a for-profit entity or revenue-generating activity,including internal
systems,production services,paid products,consulting deliverables,or customer-facing services.

2. FREE LICENSE GRANT (EMBEDDED USE ONLY)
2.1 Subject to full compliance with this License,Licensor grants you a non-exclusive,worldwide,revocable license to use
the Software free of charge ONLY for Embedded Use.
2.2 You may use the Software free of charge only if ALL conditions are met:
(a) you obtained the Software as part of an Official Product (e.g. via NuGet package that includes/bundles it),and
(b) you use it only as a component of that Official Product (Embedded Use),and
(c) you do not use the Software directly as a dependency in your own product or codebase (Standalone Use is not allowed),
and
(d) you do not redistribute SlidingRank except as bundled inside the Official Product.

3. STANDALONE USE REQUIRES A COMMERCIAL LICENSE
3.1 Any Standalone Use requires a separate written commercial license agreement from the Licensor,regardless of whether
the use is open-source,internal,non-profit,or commercial.
3.2 Without a commercial license,you must NOT:
(a) reference the SlidingRank package directly in your projects (e.g. "dotnet add package SlidingRank") to build your own
application/library/service;
(b) build,ship,or sell any software product or library that depends on SlidingRank;
(c) provide a hosted service (SaaS) that uses SlidingRank internally or exposes results powered by SlidingRank;
(d) create derivative works of SlidingRank,modify it,or incorporate its code into another library or product;
(e) redistribute SlidingRank in any form except as bundled within Official Products.

4. REDISTRIBUTION
4.1 You may not redistribute the Software as a standalone library,package,or dependency.
4.2 You may redistribute SlidingRank only when it is bundled inside an Official Product and only as part of that Official Product.

5. OWNERSHIP
5.1 The Software is licensed,not sold. Licensor retains all rights,title,and interest in and to the Software,including all
intellectual property rights.

6. SUPPORT,UPDATES,AND COMPATIBILITY
6.1 Support and updates may be provided at Licensor’s discretion or under a separate commercial agreement.
6.2 Licensor does not guarantee compatibility with any specific runtime,framework,or platform.

7. BENCHMARKS AND PUBLIC CLAIMS
7.1 You may publish performance benchmarks only if you clearly disclose:
- hardware/software environment,
- exact version of SlidingRank used,
- full benchmark code or methodology sufficient for reproduction.
7.2 You must not publish misleading benchmark claims or comparative marketing that implies endorsement by the Licensor.

8. TERMINATION
8.1 This License is effective until terminated.
8.2 Licensor may terminate this License immediately if you breach any term.
8.3 Upon termination,you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies under your control.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS",WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
MERCHANTABILITY,FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW,IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM,DAMAGES,OR OTHER LIABILITY,
WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT,TORT,OR OTHERWISE,ARISING FROM,OUT OF,OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE.
