A NumericSpinner for Avalonia, with scalable Height and bindable Value and TextBackground, in the traditional style with vertically stacked spinner buttons.

Ctrl key + spinner button speeds value change by a factor of 10. Direct key input is prevented if the new value would be outside of the range specified by MaxValue and MinValue.

The ValueChanged event fires whenever Value changes, whereas UserValueChanged fires only when Value is changed by user input.

FontSize cannot be set because it automatically scales to the Height set for the NumericSpinner control. However, setting TextPadding.Top/.Bottom can provide internal padding, while also reducing the font size to keep it centered. Use TextBackground (not NumericSpinner.Background) to change the background inside the Value area.
