Provides symmetric and asymmetric encryption, signing, verification, and key agreement capabilities for the Sidub Platform. Includes built-in Filesystem and Ephemeral key store providers for managing cryptographic keys.

Supports entity-level cryptographic signing via IEntitySigned. Key store providers are extensible — add the Azure Key Vault provider for cloud-based key management.
