 `ProcessExtensions.RunProcess`
- [SIL.LCModel.Utils] `MiscUtils.IsWindows`, `MiscUtils.IsUnix`, `MiscUtils.IsMac`,
 `MiscUtils.IsMono`, and `MiscUtils.IsDotNet` are deprecated in favor of the corresponding
