All future deployments of the https://github.com/microsoft/hermes-windows project are going to be the Microsoft.JavaScript.Hermes and Microsoft.JavaScript.Hermes.Fat packages.
The Microsoft.JavaScript.Hermes.Fat contains PDB files on top of the contents in the Microsoft.JavaScript.Hermes package.
