Terms

The Licensor hereby grants you the right to copy, modify, create derivative works, redistribute, and make non-production use of the Licensor's Software. The Licensor may make an Additional Use Grant, above or below the terms in this License, and may do so by embedding or otherwise including a file in the Licensor's Software.

You may not use the Licensor's Software for a Production Purpose.

Effective on the Change Date, or the fourth anniversary of the first publicly available distribution of a specific version of the Licensor's Software under this License, whichever comes first, the Licensor hereby grants you rights under the Change License covering the Licensor's Software, and this License shall terminate.

If your use of the Licensor's Software is consistent with the Change License, you do not need this License.

Definitions

"Licensor" means the Licensor identified above.

"Licensor's Software" means the software source code and other works identified above.

"Change Date" means the date identified above.

"Change License" means the license identified above.

"Production Purpose" means using the Licensor's Software in a production environment for commercial gain, or offering the Licensor's Software as a hosted service.

"Additional Use Grant" means a grant of rights to use the Licensor's Software for a Production Purpose, subject to the terms and conditions specified by the Licensor.
