EF Core user store for PrimusSaaS.Identity.Broker. Provides EfCorePrimusUserStore<TUser, TContext> — a generic base class for persisting broker-managed users using any EF Core-compatible database (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, SQLite, etc.).
