Each coverage run retains its own results and summary under TestResults/coverage/run.*/report/Summary.txt; historical reports are excluded. make test-coverage-recipe checks this behavior offline with a fake collector.

Tests are offline: provider behavior is exercised against a scripted HTTP transport (test/Contracts/), so no Spotify credentials or network access are needed. The library is a NuGet package (not a deployed service); publishing runs from dotnet.yml on main.
