IModelInference previously used a Task with a single TOut result + a progress reporter. Since this arrangement only works when the implementation can implictly combine the reported progresses into a single result, this has been refactored to use IAsyncEnumerable instead. This means the caller now decides how to interpret and combine the yielded data for use, aggregating incremental multi-yields into the same value as a single-yield containing the entire result.
