This software and its source code (the "Software") are made available
for evaluation and integration within the OutWit ecosystem. Use beyond
the scope set out below requires a separate commercial license from the
copyright holder.

1. Grant — limited and revocable

   You may view, fetch, build, and run the Software locally for the
   sole purpose of evaluating whether to integrate it into your project,
   or to integrate it into a deployment that is itself owned, operated,
   or commissioned by the copyright holder. No other rights are granted.

   This grant is revocable by the copyright holder at any time, with or
   without cause.

2. Restrictions

   Without a separate written commercial license from the copyright
   holder you may NOT:

   a. Run the Software in production for any third party — including
      offering it as a service, embedding it in a product you sell or
      distribute, or hosting it on behalf of customers other than the
      copyright holder.
   b. Modify the Software and distribute the modifications, in source
      or binary form.
   c. Sublicense, sell, rent, or otherwise transfer the Software to a
      third party.
   d. Remove or alter any copyright notice, license text, or attribution
      contained in the Software.
   e. Use any name, trademark, or branding of OutWit or Dmitry Ratner
      to promote products derived from or incorporating the Software.

3. Commercial license

   For any use outside the §1 grant — production deployment for a third
   party, redistribution, OEM embedding, white-labelling, hosting,
   resale, or any other commercial use — contact the copyright holder
   at licensing@ratner.io to negotiate a commercial license or a
   bespoke agreement.

4. Contributions

   By submitting source code or content as a contribution to the
   Software (pull request, patch, issue attachment, or otherwise), you
   assign to the copyright holder all copyright in the contribution,
   royalty-free and irrevocable, with the right to relicense.

5. Warranty disclaimer and liability cap

   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
   EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
   MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND
   NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS
   BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN
   ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN
   CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE
   SOFTWARE.

6. Termination

   These rights terminate automatically and immediately if you breach
   any of the terms above. On termination you must stop using the
   Software and destroy any copies in your possession.

7. Governing law

   These terms are governed by the laws of the copyright holder's
   jurisdiction of residence at the time of any dispute. Any disputes
   that cannot be resolved by negotiation will be referred to the
   competent courts of that jurisdiction.
