Major re-write to follow better software engineering principles. The calculator is no longer provided as a static dependency, allowing easier testing by client code. Via abstraction, a client may substitute their own formula and/or input validation.
The Lander formula was renamed as McGlothin, per the Wikipedia entry sourcing these formulas.
