Novolis.Security.OAuth.Abstractions

Contracts for the OAuth access-token mint: clients, authorization codes, refresh tokens, signing keys, and atomic store operations.

OAuth scopes are not application permissions. JWT sub is a global IdentityId, never a CredentialReference. This is not an OpenID Provider and not Duende IdentityServer. Product positioning: what this is.
