This software, including the Nojoom Lifestyle SDK bindings for .NET MAUI
(Android and iOS) and all accompanying native libraries, is proprietary and
confidential. It is licensed, not sold.

Subject to the terms of the applicable written agreement between the licensor and
the licensee, the licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to
integrate and use this software solely within the licensee's own applications for
the purpose agreed in that written agreement.

The licensee may not, except to the extent permitted by that written agreement or
applicable law: (a) redistribute, sublicense, sell, rent, or lease this software
to any third party; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software;
or (c) remove or alter any proprietary notices.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR
COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING
FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN
THE SOFTWARE.
