跨平台DB加密解决方案
#一般的Sqlite数据库不支持原始数据库加密，如果在Android平台加密，可以使用 SQLCipher进行加密操作，但是改方案只能基于Android平台加密，解密，使用GreenDao可以直接访问加密数据库。
在.net 平台可以使用 SQLitePCLRaw.bundle_e_sqlcipher 进行加密数据库操作，整个过程完成基于数据库自己加密，保证数据安全性。
加密的数据库使用 Navicat Premium 16，将.net 平台的加密依赖拷贝到软件目录并替换，sqlite3.dll 即可使用密码方式打开DB文件。
