Development Only User Grant: You may use the Licensed Work only for Development Purposes
                             and Non-Production testing environments.
Additional Use Grant: Production use of the Licensed Work is explicitly permitted if:
                      (a) Your organization employs a total of four (4) or fewer
                          software developers, engineers, or programmers across all
                          departments; AND
                      (b) Your organization's gross annual revenue does not exceed
                          Five Million Australian Dollars ($5,000,000 AUD).
                      Any commercial deployment, execution against production data, or 
                      integration into a live data-processing pipeline outside of these 
                      strict parameters requires a valid, active commercial license 
                      agreement executed directly with the Licensor.

Terms of the Business Source License

1. Grant of License. The Licensor hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable,
   worldwide license to copy, modify, create derivative works of, and run the Licensed
   Work solely for Development Purposes, and additionally for Production purposes strictly
   conforming to the limitations detailed in the Additional Use Grant parameter above.

2. Conditions. You must ensure that any copy or derivative work of the Licensed Work you
   distribute or make available contains the complete text of this License, including all
   Parameters defined above.

3. Conversion to Change License. Effective upon the specified Change Date, the terms and
   restrictions of this Business Source License shall cease, and the Licensed Work (including
   all prior modifications and versions covered under this release) shall automatically transition
   to and be governed entirely by the Change License specified above.

4. Intellectual Property Disclaimer. THE LICENSED WORK IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY 
   OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT
   HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT,
   TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE LICENSED WORK.

5. Governing Law. This License and any disputes arising under it will be governed by and 
   construed in accordance with the jurisdiction specified in the Governing Law parameter 
   above, without giving effect to its conflict of laws principles.
