Host integration

The consuming Blazor host must:

  1. Reference this package.
  2. Provide an implementation of IDrillingFluidWebPagesConfiguration.
  3. Register IDrillingFluidWebPagesConfiguration and IDrillingFluidAPIUtils in DI.
  4. Add the library assembly to the router AdditionalAssemblies.
