First version includes a bundled migration, data model, and databae context that is automatically applied during application startup as long as a valid connection string has been provided during configuration.

ITransactionRepo may be injected to the service pipeline to which provides basic CRUD functions, List features, and built in Pagination and Batching support.

ITransactionRepo also provides direct access to the MultiChainDbContext and ILogger interface. Logging has also been enabled during all CRUD functions.
