* BREAKING CHANGE (if you change defaults): the "Site.js" file has been removed which is where you used to change default values (such as MegaFormsChangeVisuallyJQueryHideEffect).  These defaults are now within the MvcMegaForms namepsace, such as "MvcMegaForms.ChangeVisuallyJQueryHideEffect", so you can just set them yourself in a script that loads after this one.
