Using the Intune Android APP SDK for .NET MAUI, you can develop apps with .NET Multi-platform App UI (.NET MAUI) for Android devices and enforce Intune mobile application management.

Getting Started

Requirements

Intune Company Portal App for policy enforcement.
Device running a supported Android OS version, Android API 28 (Android 9.0) through Android API 35 (Android 15).

.NET Versions and Supported Android Targeting

When developing your application, please be aware that the .NET 8 framework supports targeting up to Android API 34 (Android 14) while the .NET 9 framework supports targeting up to Android API 35 (Android 15).

Additionally, to ensure proper Intune integration, .NET 9 applications require an Android .NET SDK version of 35.0.105 or later.

Known Issues and Limitations

We are still working on ensuring the best debug experience possible. In order to debug, you will need to perform the following:
1. Annotate your MauiApplication with the following:

[Application(Debuggable = false)]
class MyApp : MauiApplication
```
2. Disable Fast Deployment. In Visual Studio, this can be achieve by unchecking the box found at Properties → Android → Options for Fast deployment.
There is a known issue with the MAM SDK regarding the dialog for approved keyboard policy enforcement, more details can be found at App crashing due to theming issue when trying to calling ApprovedKeyboardsDialogHelper.showKeyboardInstallDialog #142
