1. DEFINITIONS
"Software" refers to the Memgroups Blazor Library and all associated files provided under this license.
"Licensor" refers to Memgroups.

2. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, the Licensor hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the Software as specified below.

3. FREE USE ELIGIBILITY
The Software is provided free of charge to the following "Free License Users":
   a. Individuals: For personal, and commercial use for their own websites.
   b. Small Organizations: Any organization (including its affiliates) with total assets valued at less than one million ($1,000,000) US Dollars.

4. RESTRICTIONS
   a. NO MODIFICATION: Free License Users may use the Software in its original form but may NOT modify, alter, or create derivative works of the Software without prior written permission from the Licensor.
   b. NO RESALE: The Software, in whole or in part, may not be resold, sublicensed, or otherwise distributed for a fee.
   c. NO COMMERCIAL BUNDLING: The Software may not be used as a component or part of another library, framework, or software product intended for retail sale or commercial distribution without a separate commercial license from the Licensor.

5. COMMERCIAL USE
Individuals or organizations that do not qualify as Free License Users under Section 3, or those wishing to modify the Software or include it in commercial products, must obtain a separate commercial license from the Licensor.

6. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software shall remain exclusively the property of the Licensor. This License does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of the Licensor.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
