MercurialHttpHooks.Net

MercurialHttpHooks gives you a chance to process Mercurial Hooks using custom HTTP server. https://github.com/3da/MercurialHttpHooks

This project just provide .Net classes that correspond to protocol of communication with MercurialHttpHooks.
