Business Source License 1.1 — bundled LoraDB native libraries

The native libraries under runtimes/*/native/ (lora_ffi.dll, liblora_ffi.so, liblora_ffi.dylib) are not MIT. They are compiled from LoraDB, copyright LoraDB, Inc., which is licensed under the Business Source License 1.1 (SPDX: BUSL-1.1).

BUSL-1.1 is not an OSI-approved open source license, and its restrictions travel with the binaries when you redistribute this package.
