User-owned personal access tokens for automation.

Raw token values are returned only from create and rotate operations. Defaults use a conservative 90 day lifetime.

Issued tokens use the versioned prefix_v1_selector.secret envelope. The independently random selector is the durable lookup key, so changing issuance options does not invalidate existing tokens. Authentication rejects malformed, whitespace-altered, and oversized values before store or hash work.

Best-effort usage metadata is coalesced to one write per five minutes by default. Usage updates are monotonic and do not participate in secret/revocation concurrency; set MinimumUsageWriteInterval explicitly to change the interval or to null for an update on every later timestamp.

AddPersonalAccessTokens() uses InMemoryPersonalAccessTokenStore by default for development and simple local setups. Register IdentityFlow.Credentials.PersonalAccessTokens.EntityFramework with AddIdentityFlowPersonalAccessTokensEntityFrameworkStore() to persist tokens through IdentityFlowDbContext, or replace IIdentityFlowPersonalAccessTokenStore with a custom durable store.
