IBeam.Management.TenantData.Target.Services

AddIBeamManagementTenantPurgeTarget separately opts into the independent delete capability, metadata-only preflight and expiring scope/version/inventory/person-bound confirmation contracts. AddIBeamManagementTenantPurgeJobs supplies the standard atomic plan/job service, leased worker and optional bounded recovery scanner. Supply a dedicated durable journal plus compatible app-owned policy, handler and every native access/write fence. Unknown work pauses for explicit same-job reconciliation. Optional Identity cleanup and portal integration follow in subsequent cards. See tenant-purge.

Optional tenant export target adapter with versioned safe job/coverage contracts. No native Identity or commercial dependency. Register AddIBeamManagementTenantExportTarget with explicit enabling and approved policy keys. The host must supply a usable exporter, delivery and customer-authorization policies, native tenant-version policy, live signed Management access and a durable job service. Missing providers fail startup; default registration installs nothing.

AddIBeamManagementTenantExportJobs supplies the standard scoped durable job service, leased worker, optional bounded recovery scan and server-only customer artifact gate. Supply the dedicated Azure Table journal (or a compatible durable provider), versioned artifact protection key ring and app-owned idempotent export/delivery/policy adapters. Unknown work pauses for explicit same-job reconciliation; customer data stays in the app's artifact channel. See docs/management/tenant-export.md for registration, retention/fencing, accepted-command semantics and ordered rollout.

Same-job concurrent purge confirmations recover the original atomic receipt even when an initial job read raced its commit; a consumed plan never creates another intent. Current access/status checks remain active.
