2. No rights are sublicensed, sold, or otherwise granted to downstream
recipients. Each user must obtain their own license directly from the

software in either source or compiled form for the purpose of developing,
testing, modifying, or integrating software solutions for clients or other
licensed users. This license does not include operating this software as an
independent hosted service or offering it commercially on the Consultant’s own
behalf.
The Consultant may redistribute this software in either source or compiled form,
including modified or integrated versions, to users or organizations that hold a
valid license, provided that:
1. This license text is included in full and unmodified in any distributed
source form or accompanying documentation.
2. This license is non-transferable and grants no sublicensing rights. It
applies only to the Consultant and its employees or contractors engaged in
development activities under this license. Distribution to other parties
conveys no rights beyond those held under their own applicable license.
3. This license does not grant rights to redistribute the software beyond the
scope of this agreement; additional rights may be available under other
