Introduction

ActiveReports is a unique collection of developer reporting tools that help consume, process, and visualize data in the form of compelling and easy-to-understand reports.

ActiveReports provides a lot of features for developers and end-users, like:

Concept

This package includes the .NET assemblies with ASP.NET MVC 5 middleware for support of web report designer component.

With the web report designer component, it is easy to build a web application for report authors. ActiveReports provides a wide range of sample reports, so report authors can create or modify reports according to their requirements.

The middleware provides RESTful web API and was not intended for public use. So please take care, that client uses the same ActiveReports version as the server.

Note:

Web report designer component doesn't support Section reports.
